It was with interest, I read the Saturday Newsday Opinion Section of January 12^th, sent via email by “one” Z. Lee, especially since the Newsday has never shown any prior interest in my writing skills or contributions – "a blow to what little ego I do possess".

Thankfully, I have been blessed with a very unusual name and unlike the rest of our citizenry I can say with confidence that there is only one Zeeska Lee in Trinidad & Tobago.  But, the email submission was signed Z. Lee, so there is room for speculation.

With regards to the article’s content, it was news to me as well and I can only speculate on why my name/initials would give credibility to such a piece.
